Not really a collection
75% of the book was from Les's "Power of Purpose" book. The other material was ok. I probably won't listen to this book again.

Les a master, Editing is terrible
Les is truly an expert at what he does and this is certainly a worth while listen... but mannn that editing. Repeatedly cuts to different points of les's speeches mid-story. Not good editing.

Les doesn't disappoint
If you could sum up The Best of Les Brown Audio Collection in three words, what would they be?
Very motivational and funny! He is at the top on my list of speakers. When ever I'm in doubt I just listen to some Les Brown he sets me straight.

Pieced Together
I admire Mr Brown . That being said . This audio was a slapped together “book” from different times in mr Browns career. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself scratching your head saying “ what happened ? What ! What ? Where’s the beginning ? Where’s the end ? Why is he repeating himself ? “ if I had paid 29.00 for said book I would have been a little annoyed to say the least .

Loved this book took you to some happy places , low places, and everywhere in between if this book is not in your audio library your are not breathing the rear air successful people breath.

This is the first audio of Les Brown that I've listened to. I can't decide whether the content or his laugh intrigued me more! LOTS of great content. well worth being in your library.

Prepare to feel Awesome!!
Would you consider the audio edition of The Best of Les Brown Audio Collection to be better than the print version?
It's great to hear his voice. After all he was a DJ!

His life story is amazing and so inspiring!

The emotion is clear in his voice. You really feel his story by listening.

I laughed & cried. I thought if he can make it, then so can I!

I listen to this repeatedly to positively brain wash myself. When I feel down, it snaps me back into reality and assures me that like me me many others struggle with their circumstances. Why do we do it? because it's necessary! Why is it necessary? because it's worth it! Life is a gift. Les talks to you like a strong father figure, soothes the soul and gives you a boot when necessary. You can't argue with reason!

Les fills me with energy
I love the energy Les has and the it's contagious. Unlike an audio book which is read by someone else and sometimes doesn't get the proper essence of the message across these lectures or speeches are much more power and feel real. Mr Brown as a wonderful laugh and the intermittent laugher makes it seem as if your sat with a friend discussing things and enjoying some time together.

Truly Inspirational!!
This is one of the best motivational speakers that I have listened to.
The audiobook is made up of a series of speeches given by Les Brown. The content is exceptional and in addition Les has an infectious laugh, so the book is very funny. Although there is some duplication in the material, the audiobook is very easy to listen to because of the stories Les tells to illustrate his points and because Les Brown used to be a DJ so has a voice suited to audio.
I suspect this book, for most people, will not be life-changing, but it is original, thought-provoking and truly inspirational.
