Series summary
I really liked this series but I have to disagree with the author for the end. I really feel that the series has more potential for wrapup and one more book. I really was hoping for that. Sorry but I like my happy ever after ending’s. I want to see the brother and sister meet & explore there potential as a team. I want to see them meet their parents. And what about the mad scientist? I guess we’re just supposed to assume that he gets his just desserts.

train wreck ... couldn’t stop even when I wanted 2
Well that was interesting : Issue is
1. No build up to explain the stories and just as upsetting the ending is so abrupt.
2. It’s not romance... in my humble opinion it’s like there is no relationship development. We go from I “hate” you to I “love” you in a blink.
3. So many loose threads. Personally I can stand a few unanswered questions in a book but I also think some hint of “ending” is needed
4. I kept going cause I am not a quitter but these books were just like a car crash or a train wreck...I wanted to see how bad it really was.
I had to give 2 stars because I did make it through and it was enough of story to get a reaction... and because every book has a reader but if you are looking for a cohesive romantic book this is not for You ,but if you enjoy weird somewhat disjointed content with some sex ..well Enjoy

DO NOT WASTE YOUR CREDIT!!!
this book was a complete waste of a credit. I wish I had read the reviews before using my credit. wish there was an unhappy complaint line so I could get it back.
The heroin has super powers but is still useless, she makes you want to reach and the book and slap her. the story plot makes you want to jump out a window. please do not waste your money or credits.

boring
I struggle to finish this book there wasn't a single part of this book that was memorable and I couldn't finish it. every time I tried I got distracted and started looking for other books to listen to. it's a waste of time waste of money and a waste of a credit horrible.

Im not a fan of these so called erotic books, sex sences are skipped over, and why give the good guys mind reading powers if they don't use it at all against the bad guy to learn what their evil plots are.

🙄 well,
I read the prequel before picking this box set up..the prequel was great..I made it into the 2nd book of this bundle and it's a DNF for me. I hate that I used a credit. 🤷♀️

the 2nd story was very heartbreaking. I hope the other 2 are happy endings. Maybe the other 2 will make up for the one that was so sad.

So over it.
I only listened to the first book. I did read the reviews before buying this book. But decided to give it a go. Thought it would be fine as I would be doing other stuff while listening to the book. But it is so slow and so boring that I had to stop listening to the book. I don't like Jenny Foster's style of writing. It is long and drawn out. Nothing seems to happen. I would rather listen to nothing than continue with the other three books.
