"Life is a dream but the dream is true." (Sadhguru)

In The Drunken Act, Sadhguru is as eloquent as ever about overcoming any form of make-believe, be it drunkenness or pandering to ones psychological processes. Bold, witty, and incisive, Sadhguru offers us a way out of the traps of the psyche.

Nice

The beginning was a little slow, but you needed that for the fantastic middle and finish by Sadhguru. The thing about being grounded in reality when it comes to YOU blew me. Strive to be a REALIST, neither an Optimist nor a Pessimist.
