  • Summary

  • “How we manage the ‘present’ influences how we design our destiny.”

    - Daaji (Kamlesh D. Patel)

Audible presents The Heartful Life with Daaji, an Audible Original. Life often demands of us that we juggle not one, but many roles at a time. When we are young, we can be both the playful child, and the curious student. As we grow, we mediate between being the supportive partner, the irreplaceable employee, and the enabling leader. Parenting too, makes its way into life’s saga - and we are tasked with pouring all our life’s learnings onto the joy of raising our children. The challenge that lies ahead of us, is in making the right choices, balancing expectations, and finding contentment amidst chaos. The key to a successful life is a balancing act - one who’s center of gravity emerges from the heart’s intelligence.

In this deeply personal series, Daaji (Dr. Kamlesh D. Patel) - the Global Guide of Heartfulness takes us on an inspiring journey to lead life guided by the heart’s authentic wisdom, and restore inner balance. Accompanying him are 13 thought leaders - Dr. Ichak Adizes, founder of Adizes Institute; James R Doty, founder of CCARE at Stanford University; Shiv Khemka, Vice-chairman of the SUN Group; Liz Kingsnorth, International Conflict Resolution coach and Sharon Salzberg, New York Times bestselling author, and many more; all of whom share with us, timeless life lessons, to lead a life in tune with our deepest aspirations: Leadership, Relationships, Happiness and more.

As individuals, we differ in our perspectives, understanding and approach to situations. Often, these differences lead to frictions that fracture our interactions with loved ones. At times, one finds oneself doubting one's ability to communicate. What was the right thing to say? Why do I find it so difficult for people to understand me? Why am I unable to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships? In this episode, International Conflict Mediator and Certified Trainer in Non-Violent Communication - Liz Kingsnorth, and Daaji - Global Guide of Heartfulness, guide us through the art of cultivating self-empathy, recognizing emotional needs, and reconciling differences for harmonious relationships, through a heartful approach to communication.

Tips and sharing understanding is INSPIRATIONAL!!

as of now I completed first 3 episodes and am vlown away by Sleep (by Dr Jay) and Digital body language (By Erika Dhawan)... the way the concept was explained and connected them with suggested actions is simply INSPIRING. When something logically make sense to me with clear practical applications, it resonates well with me act upon. I am willing to give the suggestions a try. Thank you to all who contributed to this wonderful gift for one and all!!👏👏
