I didn't hate it
the dwarves, hobbits, elves and Gandalf was alright.
but the monster sounds were truly unearthly ( felt more like Bloodborne than The Hobbit )

Good but long winded
Like the story but not the long winded narrative or dramatization. The voices seemed like they're telling some preteen kid a story.

A wonderful dramatisation of the classic!
I had got this thinking it’s a narration of the book. This however is a fantastic dramatisation of it. Fantastic performances and sound design hold you captivated for the hours. The music charms your senses as you are transported to middle earth. This is an adventure that you undertake with Bilbo, Gandalf and the Great heroes of lore. Happy listening.

Poor imitation of splendid story
Frankly it is a mockery of the original tales much like orcs were to elves. A sad sad mockery indeed

It's just not good, the audio sucks.
They tried to make it dramatised but made it cartoon, the eagles sound like doremon with sore throat, what's up with this, too much sound effects, unlike the dramatised version of lotr this is so bad
