Beyond mundane words

If your journey within has begun, this is your absolute essential. Thich Nhat Hanh is a touchstone monk who has transformed millions of lives. This book is one from his massive treasures. From a state of trying to being everywhere, one goes to the state of "nowhere" and the same letters juggled would read "here and now". An evolving experience is what one can label this book as.

Good listen

Few chapters were interesting and very useful. Others got a bit tedious. Esp they ones about the author

This book provides a deep seated meaning and also a approach of calmness in being mindful..its cleared all those mental blocks that where present in o

Not Good

With due respect to the author & the narrator, I wish to state that this book was not good at all.
It was monotonous and repetitive. The chapters would just end and new one starts without giving much hint. But very sorry to say how much I tried but fell asleep couple of times.
Though I got bored badly, but picked up a point or two especially about maintaining a half smile which helps practically as well. Remaining seems to be very hard repetitive theory, maybe the translation is not justified as author intended to say.
And a little too much about the author as well made the book uninteresting.

Need to attached to the subject for completing the book.Exercises on breathing and Mindfulness are good to follow .
