Terrific, insightful, unmissable book on health

The motivational triad of human tendency (seek pleasure, avoid pain, conserve energy) served as a guiding system for our ancestors, enabling them to reproduce, avoid death traps and improvise living conditions.

In the modern times, with food in abundance, the motivational triad resulted in gluttony and lifestyle diseases.

This book explores these concepts thoroughly and prescribes a whole-food plant-based diet, moderate regular exercise, satisfying amount of sleep and water-only fasting.

The text by the two good authors, as well as the narration by Chef AJ make this book an absolute pleasure (pun intended).
