Good book for communication
Nice book, it covers most of the topic to improve communication. wish it also had some type of work sheet. but still very nice book

Recommend to everyone
It is one of the great book I have read up till now. I recommend it to everyone who want to succeed in corporate world. One suggestion - not sure it should be for audible or to Ian - chapters in audible do not have names. If name is given to chapter in audible it will be useful to lesson particular chapter based on the topic one want to access at particular point if time.

i really liked the book! helped me improve my conversational skills i think i am become a better listener for sure . There are some chapters that might not be relevant to you which can be skipped, but overall a good read
