In this episode Sandy is speaking to Hardeep Kaur People with chronic illnesses are so much more than their illness. I am hoping to break the stigma that comes along with being chronically ill. I am trying to make people feel less alone. I am trying to be part of the change in the south asian community of normalizing conversations around mental and physical illnesses.
