This is a good book on the philosophy of Buddhism. The Dalai Lama has explained many things beautifully which we don't understand as outsiders. Unfortunately, the narrator has skipped the lessons on pronunciation and many Sanskrit words are butchered. Kalachakra becomes kalakhakra. That's like calling Church as Kirk. So listen with an open mind and ear for bypassing these and understanding what he is talking about.
