Allow your mind to clear with the cleansing, high-pitched notes of tuning forks in different frequencies. The powerful bell-like sound helps create a spacious sense of calm as you prepare for sleep, like a refreshing reset button at the end of the day. In order to get the most out of your listening experience, pioneering sound therapist Sara Auster recommends you dim the lights and lie down or sit in a comfortable position with an eye mask and a blanket, silence any alerts or notifications, and use earphones. These things allow you to completely unplug and connect with the present moment to intentionally prepare for sleep. Your body has permission to slow down and rest, to receive without the need to respond or react. Begin your experience by focusing on your breath, then allow yourself to drift into a spacious and dreamlike state. All you have to do is arrive with an open mind and listen.
Sara Auster is the leading voice in sound bath experiences, and considered a master of the form. Sara has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, TIME, and O, The Oprah Magazine, and she has facilitated large-scale, site-specific sound bath experiences at iconic venues around the world including the Museum of Modern Art, Madison Square Garden, Palais de Tokyo, and SummerStage in Central Park. Her live sound bath events are celebrated as transformative, therapeutic experiences for balance, relaxation, and well-being. We're thrilled to be able to bring this unique sound experience to the comfort of your own bedroom for the first time.

Not relaxing
I loved the concept- and I am a musician. I was anticipating the soothing sounds of tuning forks. However- those of us who have used them know that you hit them first on a soft surface and bring them in to your ear- a pure beautiful crescendo . This project used tuning forks struck harshly and it was unpleasant. I'm not hating- just was not pleasant or relaxing for me.

Tuning in.
Very disturbing bell strikes. It seems quite a Messy way to strike the bells and therefore without a clear tone. Quite awful actually. The person is not skilled for this practice.

Take Time
Helps in grounding especially during this chaotic time. Seek to understand and accept. Be reasonable. Vote. Excellent mindfulness tool.

Gently letting go
I drifted with the tones slowly. Finding a rhythm. Controlling my breathing through the 5 mins. I really enjoyed it.

It works!
Yesterday I slept like a baby.
This really works. Though I have no idea how this sounds can have such a calming effect on me.

It's like listening to the ringing in my ears.
Just like tinnitus. More annoying than relaxing. I endured it, hoping that more exposure would help, but it just got more and more annoying.

experiment with it
For me, this really worked to put me in a relaxed state and helped me sleep soundly. Different things work for different people so do this short experiment to see if it works for you! I would highly recommend.

Yikes!
This would be a good listener if you were trying to force yourself to stay awake. Like if you were driving in a car and wanted not to fall asleep.
Instead of being relaxing, it’s jarring and annoying.

Only wish it were longer...
The only remotely negative comment I could possibly make is this audio clip is simply too short. It is amazingly relaxing and, yes, cleansing.
