I listened to this without even pausing

what an amazing book. An excellent outlook on life and how to change your perspective. it's one of if not one of the best self help books I've ever listened to. the main focus like many is self love but the way humble goes back to the importance of self love in every situation. he focuses very much on the present and how the past is the past and we should never let it affect our present.

Life changing

There’s so many lessons in this book it’s hard to comprehend at once – had to listen to this twice and I’m planning to buy a hardcopy. Just you wanna regret it.

Lacks engagement

I didn't love the narration here - felt it was slightly wooden, which took me away from the content. I had a few "that's true!" moments but couldn't really engage, which is a shame as I was looking forward to reading.

Simple but effective

daily motivationals for the struggling person looking to make the first steps. Topics covered repeatedly but repetition is key and in life those affirmations have proven to help us change our mindset. A quick listen and enjoyable
