A masterpiece! Therapeutic! Must listen!

There are pieces of your life story, your situations, your conversations in each of the session. There is so much insight, it's like you are sitting in the room with Esther and the effects of the therapy are working on you! loved it! Wish there was more!

I loved the series

The episodes bring the practical aspect to life. we read a lot of books that gives us theory but this series a gives us a sneak peek into the reaction and responses of the clients. good job 👍

Extraordinary! I learned a lot.

Humans create a lot of misery due to unhealed
unexamined past trauma. And we don't even know we
were traumatised. we normalise it.

Very insightful.

I loved these series. They are very insightful, there is bound to be at least one story you relate you. The questions Esther asks the participants you could ask yourself and perhaps better understand some of your own past relationships, I know I did.

Interesting Listening

Really enjoyed these sessions. Gave a brilliant incite into some of the complex workings of relationships. Unravelling slowly but surely to shine the light on what's really going on underneath all sorts of emotions.
