Wholly Healthy Christian Moms

Written by: Andrea Anderson & Erin Kay
  • Summary

  • We're two moms on a mission to help other moms experience their best health ever - body, mind, soul and spirit.Our own health journeys, personal struggles, and professional training (Erin is a licensed master level social work + certified biblical coach; Andrea holds both life + health coaching certifications) coupled with faith that is firmly rooted in Christ, have helped us eliminate the overwhelm of how to "be healthy" for countless women.We also have excellent track records in helping our clients say goodbye to the guilt & shame they often feel around their body and who they are as a Christian woman.We are big believers that wellness is meant to be approached from a place of joy and that transformation from the inside out is what makes your health choices sustainable.So no quick fixes here. The programs and memberships we offer are designed with busy, ambitious moms in mind. We have learned the value of investing in ourselves, and we trust, that if you have landed here, you feel the same way too.If this is your first time meeting us, we'd love to have you jump right in, but also understand you might like to get to know us a little better first.In that case, we offer free content here at bit.ly/whcmoms, and in our free group over on Facebook - Wholly Healthy Christian Moms. We look forward to connecting with you soon. Enjoy the show!

    The gift of apologizing is not only a gift to the person you are apologizing to, but also to yourself and to the Lord.  Apologizing allows us to hold others and the Lord closer in relationship, kind of like how Elton John  sings in his world famous song, Tiny Dancer.

    Check out this episode where Erin discusses this relationship trifecta of apologizing.

    Is it too late to apologize? {OneRepublic}

    Is it hard to say you're sorry? {Chicago}

    Or do you pass the buck and "blame it on the rain"? {Milli Vanilli}

    In this episode Erin & Andrea will be highlighting no matter the angle the offense came from, how learning to apologize well is a way-maker for healthy relationships with yourself, God and others.
