This is the best thing I've listened to in a long time. Interesting, informative and relaxing, this is a fabulously rich aural tour of Canada's vast wildernesses which perfectly merges informative and entertaining narration with high quality natural sounds to create a unique listening experience.

Rock Lobster
Remember the B52’s hit “Rock Lobster”. ? With lyrics like “Here comes a manta ray... ah ooh”
Well this soundscape also comes with a narrator. “Here comes a chunk of ice calving off a glacier.... boom splash “. Here comes a moose ... Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat “
I think the whole point of nature soundscapes is to immerse one’s self and just let the sound wash over. Don’t require the services of a narrator - spoils the ambiance...

Thank you Dr Suzuki!
I loved this podcast which took me to so many natural ecosystems in Canada.. I learned a lot and her narration brought the sounds to life for me as I had a context and educational commentary to compliment it. Superb and serene. It's just what a lockdown world needs. Please do more of these and consider other countries or continents for your sounds stories.
