"Red Band" episodes are typically for a more adult/mature audience while "Blue Bands" are safe for the family. Funny, Political, Physiological, Deep, Dumb, Scary and Out-of-the-box. No episode is the same! The goal of the show to provoke thought and provide a peak into the psyche of the guest.
