When you think about fasting, do you think you’d starve? I know I did when I first looked into it. But come to find out, there’s something magical about fasting.

I finally learned the difference between a full 24-hour fast and intermittent fasting where I can still get some amazing health benefits without going that long without food. Do you know the difference?

There are so many different ways to fast, and it’s not a one size fits all. I tried a few different timings before I found the effective zone without me being totally hangry.

BY THE TIME YOU FINISH LISTENING, YOU’LL DISCOVER:

  • Fasting is very flexible and can work for just about everyone.
  • Intermittent fasting actually helps boost and speed up your metabolism, unlike what we were taught. If you skip breakfast, you’ll kick your body into starvation mode, and it will save EVERY SINGLE calorie for a rainy day. Not true.
  • Fasting can improve your brain function. Intermittent fasting allows your body to do some much needed clean up – cellular autophagy where your cells clean up the waste and get rid of it.

So, if you haven’t ever fasted before, I suggest you look into it more and try out some different options to see how you feel. You eventually find the rhythm that works best for you, so you don’t feel like you’re starving or hangry. No brain fog.
