Katie is the winner of the BGA Scholarship and is currently attending college, working toward her veterinary degree while competing as a collegiate golfer. Born and raised in Winnemucca, Nevada, Katie grew up on her family's ranch just outside of town. She spent her childhood balancing golf, basketball, and soccer, eventually narrowing her focus to golf and basketball—before committing fully to golf. In this episode, Katie walks us through the realities of being a college athlete, what her high school experience looked like, and how she's managed to stay driven both academically and athletically.
