About this listen
This week has been a rollercoaster, I swear I have felt literally every emotion. As always, these are Important Lesson in disguise. What are the connections between Loss and Death, does all Grief have a common backbone. This week I lost one of my best friends, my Kitty Shefu, but I found her! So no sad endings, but I learned alot from the mental process that that involves. I am very grateful to have her back.
We also discuss how Tedium and Boredom in work can be a crucial opportunity for practicing attention. And why I like SMALL amounts of serotenergic drugs, such as psilocybin and LSD, as a Focus and Work Aid. Focus connotating Attention, and a better frame of reference to watch our thoughts.
At the end I share an AMAZING section from David Gurdjieff's book 'Spiritual Realism' on breath-counting techniques, a Ubiquitous practice crossing almost every spiritual, mystic, and religious path.
I will be forevor grateful for your time and attention! I hope you have a wonderful Week!
