Friday 11th Feb 2022 I weighed in today at 15s 6lbs ...
On this episode I hit my first goal, which was to loose a Stone in weight (14lbs)
I also do some personal research into Keytones and try to work out what the hell they are? Do we need them ? What do they actually do ?
I look at other products available on the market such as Berocca and see if they can do as good a job for a fraction of the price.
