- Bradicardia
- Falência renal
- AV block → medicações
- Shock
- Hipercalemia
Síndrome BRASH ocorre geralmente pelo sinergismo entre hipercalemia e medicações que bloqueiam o nó AV → bradicardia
- Bradicardia → redução do DC → redução perfusão renal → agrava injúria renal → piora hipercalemia
