Salvatore Cutrera runs the show, but his son Giovanni, who grew up working the mill and the farm, was the right person to interview. Great English, great personality.

Last year I started an Olive Oil Brand and after visiting 40 different olive oil mills throughout California, Spain, Italy, Israel, and Greece, I decided to use Frantoi Cutrera's Olive Oil.

While I visited their facility in Southern Sicily, I was fortunate enough to get to sit down with Giovanni Cutrera for a 15 minute interview.
