About this listen
Are you feeling lost sometimes?
Do you find yourself looking for someone else to give you the answers?
Do you struggle to make decisions without seeking approval or reassurance from others?
If so, you’re not alone.
When our mind feels messy, overwhelming or unclear, it’s very human to look outside of ourselves for solutions. We expect a person, an experience, a ceremony, a therapy session, a journey — or even a destination — to suddenly give us clarity.
Before I went solo backpacking, before my first Ayahuasca ceremony, and before my first therapy session, I had many expectations. I believed something or someone would “fix” what I couldn’t untangle on my own.
But what I discovered is something very different.
In this episode, I share why introspection matters, what these experiences really teach us, and why the answer is not always where you think it is.
