Jon is the Director of Business Development for Auer Steel and Heating Supply company in Milwaukee Wisconsin where he served in prior roles as the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing. Jon has 35 years of combined HVAC industry experience in distribution center management, sales, marketing management, negotiations, budgeting, operations, product management, business planning and consultation. Today Jon’s involved with the technical education community serving on the advisory committees for 11 technical colleges in Wisconsin and Minnesota, doing outreach and industry collaboration bringing HVAC contractors, college educators and students together to create career opportunities and job placement. Jon’s also an active industry spokesperson introducing high school educators and students to the HVAC industry.
