After surviving breast cancer, I was given an unfiltered lesson in the value of time. Time stopped being something I assumed I had plenty of—and became something sacred. That wake-up call led me to ask a question that changed everything:
“If this is my one life… am I actually living it the way I want?”
The answer was no.
That moment set me on a path of reinvention—earning my life coaching certification, working with women on goal setting and personal growth, and eventually studying the science, neuroscience, and energetics behind manifestation. That’s when things finally clicked.
Manifestation isn’t magic.

And it’s not about “wanting” something badly enough.
It’s about clarity, identity, and conscious direction.
