2025年第十三站學務長特別邀訪到蘭陽別院雲水書車執行長林其發督導，聊聊其自國中教師退休後，持續十三年不間斷，投入參與雲水書車義工服務，隨海歐叔叔啟航，跑遍宜蘭9個鄉鎮，24個偏鄉與社區據點服務，分享義工、學子及家長的動人故事與回饋。
