The Canadian city of Halifax will host the 2026 Maronite Youth Conference, in an effort to revisit questions of identity and belonging within the context of the diaspora. In this interview, we discuss with Bishop Paul Marwan Tabet, head of the Maronite Eparchy of Canada, how the Maronite Church is building its relationship with the younger generation — balancing the preservation of heritage with adapting to a changing Canadian reality.
