I have been ITCHING to record a podcast again (literally itching) but my sacral said wait wait wait WAIT WAIT.
I have continued to live nomadically, resolved a cockroach phobia, stopped over sharing my internal experience, my skin peeled off, grew a new one and moved to Sydney.
Now I’m back, planning to show up more present, unfiltered, and authentic than ever.
Also new intro because things change so fast and I am tired of trying to categorize myself or look professional or be anything other than my raw self. Thanks x
