Happy New Year! Firstly, I want to say THANK YOU!! You all have been continuing to listen and download my podcast even when I have not been regularly uploading. That means the world to me! I wanted to kick off this year sharing some new things that are happening at Authentic Health.

One of the most exciting things is… I am accepting INSURANCE! This has been a huge goal of mine for some time and I can’t believe I am saying it is real. I have been able to meet new women across the country and I feel so dang blessed!
