As busy parents evenings can get stressful and chaotic. Often we are tired and exhausted from the day and ready to finish around the house and relax! In this episode we are exploring ideas for a very brief and sustainable evening routine, that won't take away from your much needed rest and relaxation at night, but will add some techniques to practice moments of self-care, relaxation and help you get ahead for the next day!

All within as short as 30 min! Plenty of time left to relax on the couch and do whatever helps you unwind and relax.

You can use the idea from this episode as a framework and craft your own personal evening routine that fits your needs and schedule. Routines are a great way to establish consistency in your busy daily life.
