Matt and Christine discuss word problems, Halloween costumes, and what a ‘switch box’ is. Dr. Staten is the owner of Adobe Veterinary Center in Tuscon, Arizona and Dr. Veterinary MBA herself.
Over the course of conversation we meandered through many topics such as community, creating a business based on values, how to run efficient team meetings, and the beauty of collaboration.
In the conversation Matt found himself thinking “man, I would work at this place...” - but that was met immediately by extreme anxiety of resistance to being employed by others. So, turns out, even in the most ideal situation, Matt is like “nope - don’t you dare hand me a W2!”
