As guides our job is to hold space for them. We lead, we encourage, and we model, but the actual work is up to the client. Ultimately the results are up to them and similarly all the credit goes to them as well. We each have responsibility for ourselves, and we believe that it is the equality of the relationship between the guide and the client that sets the scene for beautiful transformation.
