Why do I feel like I'm finally getting my groove back? It’s been a wild journey post-injury!

After rupturing my Achilles, I took a year off. It was tough, both mentally and physically. I lost muscle and it felt like my goals were slipping away. But I refused to let that injury define me.

I started low-key prepping for my comeback, and honestly, it was a struggle. My diet was all over the place, and I craved pizza like it was going out of style! 🍕 But I pushed through.

Fast forward to now: I’m just five weeks out from competition, and guess what? My body is responding better than I ever imagined! I’m still doing cardio, working through the pain, but every day feels like a small victory.

The mindset? It’s about putting in the work regardless of the outcome. Whether I win or lose on stage doesn't matter; it’s the journey that counts. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Still figuring things out, but that’s the real lesson here.
