今回と次回は、「特許庁デザイン経営プロジェクトはどう人に寄り添えたのか」と題してお送りします。
2018年、特許庁は「デザイン経営」宣言を公表し、以来、ユーザー視点での行政サービス改革を行うデザイン経営プロジェクトを、6年間、80人程の有志職員により進めてきました。その取組みの中で、知的財産を活用して社会課題を解決する「I-OPENプロジェクト」が立ち上がりました。
今回は、このI-OPENプロジェクトの支援を受けられた株式会社RingsCare代表の大平 智祉緒さんをゲストにお迎えし、I-OPENプロジェクトとの出会いから参加体験まで、生の声をお伺いしていきます。
