Welcome to a new season of the podcast! I am in love with this upgrade because it takes me out of the box I've felt stuck in. Previously, I was trying to (unsuccessfully) niche down and talk to a particular audience about particular tools or methodologies. But that didn't work for me because there's so much I want to talk about!

So introducing: Aligned & Powerful - a podcast where I get to talk about the spiritual journey, nervous system regulation, personal growth, identity work, and all the things I am obsessed with learning about.

Today I get into - are you healing, or in an identity loop?

As someone who is very familiar with healing and purging emotions, I had this recent awareness that the emotions I was feeling were no longer supporting me. Maybe - on some level - I was choosing to feel those based on the identity I was holding for myself.
