Today, we speak about Cloud Kitchens. What is a cloud kitchen?, cloud kitchens are the restaurant brands that you love & order from on your food aggregator platforms like Swiggy & Zomato but you never see a storefront in real life. These brands are basically delivery only restaurants forming a new segment of the F&B industry called dark kitchens or cloud kitchens. We speak with Sehaj Singh Kukreja of Cheferd Foods who own & operate brands like POMP - Pizza on my plate, Deli Salad Co., BIMBO - Burger in my Box & a couple more up & coming brands based out of New Delhi. Being foodies ourselves & with an interest in the industry, it was great speaking to Sehaj, sharing his journey into this space & he also shares his insights on the industry & what a post Covid future holds for it.
