    Jul 1 2026

In Chase's defense, he couldn't help it! • A G'Day for a Deal! Deal or No Deal Australia
    Jun 28 2026

After an unfortunate incident involving our lapel mics, we're back with better equipment and an app-enhanced game - the Australian version of Deal or No Deal! Tyler and Chase discuss why they feel the rebooted half-hour format works better among all the versions they've seen - much of the credit due to host Grant Denyer. Then the boys each take a crack at winning the $100,000 AU non-realistic cash prize. Who borks it up and who comes out with the better deal? Watch along and find out. • SEALED since 1986 - Sale of the Century
    Jun 28 2026

In this episode of A Copy of Our Home Game!, we open a sealed copy of the 1986 Sale of the Century electronic home game, complete with its mysterious little Quizzard devices. After the first unboxing, we take a look at the components, figure out how the game is supposed to work, set everything up, and then play by our own House Rules — because the official game expects at least three players, and there are only two of us. So we each play two rounds, compare our final cash and merchandise totals, and see who comes closest to becoming the Sale of the Century champion. Along the way, we discover a few quirks: a board that gets a little off-kilter and wobbly once the Quizzards are inserted, prize cards with some surprising duplicates — including multiple carpeting and bedroom set prizes — and plenty of 1980s game show home game weirdness. We also had a lot of fun with the questions, which led to cutaways and references ranging from Monty Python to King of the Hill, The Simpsons, AAAHH!!! Real Monsters, and more. Was it elegant? Not always. Was it very 1986? Absolutely. Did we have fun? You bet your Instant Bargain we did. #GameShows #gameshow #gameshowhistory #saleofthecentury #JimPerry #80snostalgia #quizzes
