    Shane, founder of the Shropshire Bereavement Group, shares her journey of losing two sons, Ben and Toby, and the challenges she faced with grief and counselling. The group, established in 2023, has grown to include multiple locations and has supported over 450 people. Shane emphasised the importance of a safe, non-judgmental space for grief support. Our other guest, Jane, is a volunteer at the Shropshire Bereavement Group. She highlights the groups role in providing comfort and community, especially during difficult times like Christmas. Shane's group offers free support, including refreshments, one-on-one sessions, and events, and is seeking more funding and volunteers to expand its reach.
