The greatest and most effective temptation arrayed against us, is the temptation to hate one another. And in our world today, hatred is encouraged and made very easy to obtain. 

We hate one another because of things said and things done. We hate based on skin color and ethnic background. We hate based on what one has or does not have. We hate because of where one lives, works, believes, says, thinks. We hate based on political beliefs, associations, etcetera. And because we place no statute of limitation on hatred, there is no expiration date for it.

We are living in a very stressful society. A society that finds us trying to cope with such issues as COVID-19, skyrocketing food, gas, and housing prices, violence and murder in our cities, and the continued downward spiral of morals and values in our society. For many of us, it seems as if we are being caught up in a violent storm with no way out.
