About this listen

A Tribe Called Best is a cynical, funny, deep-dive podcast that dissects modern culture, ideas, and behavior — not to rage about them, but to explain why they exist, why they work, and why they quietly shape the way we live.

Hosted by It’s Me Knowlo, the show blends cultural analysis, personal storytelling, and sharp humor into structured, essay-style episodes that explore everything from social media and identity to loneliness, addiction, nostalgia, and the language we use to make sense of it all.

This isn’t a lifestyle podcast. It’s a thinking podcast — for people who feel something is off, but want clearer words for why.

New episodes are released intentionally, not constantly. Each one is designed to be evergreen, re-listenable, and worth your time.

Welcome to the best podcast on the internet and the outernet.

  • “Depressed… But Still Here: Therapy, Breakthroughs & Bad Days”
    Dec 8 2025

    Send us a text

On today’s episode of A Tribe Called Best, I’m getting real about depression, the breakthroughs I’m having in therapy, and the messy progress of learning to cope without pretending everything is fine. I share some of the tools my therapist gave me, the moments that still hit a little too hard, and a few random things that make hard to smile some days.

This one’s ain't no pity party — it’s more like group therapy with my besties.
Because you prolly been here too.
    Are you in therapy?
    Thinking about starting?
Is this seasonal depression, or am i just regular sad?

I talk about how I’m planning to move forward, what’s helping, what’s not, so you can join the conversation. How are you coping? What got you through your last slump? What helped you climb the dark?
If you relate — even a little — you’re not alone. Let me know.

  • “Kanye’s Apology Tour: Forgiveness, Rebrand, or Just PR?”
    Nov 9 2025

    Send us a text

On this episode of A Tribe Called Best, ItsMeKnowlo asks the question nobody in Kanye’s entourage seems brave enough to ask:

    We’re talking about:

    • The cosplaying as a Nazi / KKK member / Confederate flag fashion era
    • The troll phase where racism was treated like merch
    • The fallout he caused inside his own community

Now Ye is smiling, apologizing, showing up to meetings like he’s on a forgiveness press tour. But what’s the endgame?

    Is Kanye:

    • Trying to get his billionaire status back?
    • Trying to restructure the brand?
    • Trying to prove he’s “stable” again so he can be around his kids more?
    • Or is this just another PR side quest before the next chaos drop?

We dig into motives, money, power, image rehab, and whether people can forgive someone who only apologizes when the consequences hit their bank account.

Besties… if Ye’s apology was a coupon, it expired three scandals ago.

  • “42 Million Starving & Congress Still Beefing: A Poverty Plot Twist”
    Nov 1 2025

    Send us a text

On this episode of A Tribe Called Best, ItsMeKnowlo goes full rant mode about the U.S. government playing Hunger Games with 42 MILLION SNAP recipients starting November 1, 2025. That’s right—while Democrats and MAGA Republicans argue over whether Americans deserve health care or should just rub dirt on their wounds and hope for the best, regular people are about to lose:
    1.Health care
    2.Paychecks (federal workers, good luck!)
    3.FOOD. As in, literal nutrition.

We’ve reached a new level of stupidity when politicians are like:
“What if we solve our disagreement by… starving the poor?”
In this episode, I’m asking the obvious questions no one in Congress seems to care about:
•Why are we punishing civilians for politicians beefing?
•How is taking away FOOD an acceptable negotiation tactic?
•And how is it 2025 and we’re debating whether humans deserve to eat?
If you’re a human with organs and a digestive system, you’re gonna wanna listen.
