She said to the coach man, this is my stop with anxiety. Then she took a deep breath, focused and won. She tells her story with a smile and a laugh and I've never been so proud of anyone as i am of her. She literally DMX her way out of this hole, understands that her life changed and she's not going to be anxious about it.
