The ADHD Mom Docs Podcast is a podcast for moms who want to learn practical, updated strategies to help support themselves, their child or teen or spouse with ADHD. This podcast is for those craving an easy listen so you can learn on the go. Each episode will offer practical strategies, expert insight and personal stories to help you feel ready to connect with your child and yourself. Between the two of us we have decades of experience talking with families in our clinics about ADHD and related mental health considerations. This podcast will allow us to bring this information to a larger audience. We invite listeners to submit questions for us to answer and help inform future podcast episodes. Dr Nerissa Bauer is a behavioral pediatrician, ADHD Coach and creator of TEACH Me ADHD. Dr Jennifer Dilts is a pediatrician who specializes in treating children and teens with ADHD, anxiety, depression and migraine.
