Bracing the lats is so key. It allows your posterior to remain packed and braced and tight during your main three lifts, yes even on bench press. I noticed on all 3 lifts, the tighter and more packed in my lats and posterior chain are, the more fluently and easily my body moves through the motions of each of the 3 lifts. Listen in to get some insight on the squat and why lat packing is so key for this specific lifts and keep tuning in each week as there will be a bench press & deadlift section coming up real soon.
