About APORIA: Space for the Unspoken

APORIA is a Greek word. It describes a kind of moment —

when you think you know something, and then discover you don't.

Not confusion. Something deeper than confusion: the first time you've truly stood in front of that thing.

You may have felt this —

reading a sentence, feeling something loosen inside you, and then nothing remains.

making a decision you can't explain, and that unexplainability never quite leaves.

watching an ordinary scene, feeling something deep move through you, and then it passes, and you go on with your life.

Those feelings are not a malfunction.

They are the things inside you that haven't yet been touched, trying to speak.

This is not an attempt to fully articulate them.

Only to leave a little space for what hasn't yet found its voice.

  • #36 Your Addiction to Closure Is the Death of Your Becoming
    Jul 4 2026

You can’t sit through a film anymore. You blame the short videos. You’re wrong.

The real culprit is your inability to endure the middle. Every great thing takes time to appear. A relationship, a truth, a strength — they all have a long middle where nothing seems to happen. But you’ve been trained to expect a reward every minute. So you leave before anything shows up. You’re not lazy. You’re a coward before the incomplete. The price of meaning is the willingness to wait.

  • #35 Your Healing Is Obedience — Stop Calling It Freedom
    Jul 3 2026

You thought your suffering was a flaw to be fixed. You bought the cure. It worked just enough to keep you buying.

But what if your suffering was never the enemy? What if it was the one honest thing about your situation — the signal that something in your life was actually wrong? Not a bug in your operating system. A fact you were trying to patch over.

They sold you a solution. But the solution was just another form of forgetting. The suffering you tried to escape was the only thing that knew where you truly were.
