About this listen

Constructive Rest is a practice of lying down in a supportive position in order to allow your body to release excess tension, and your spine to lengthen. Based in the Alexander Technique, our guided lie-down talks provide an opportunity to practice awareness and establish freedom and ease in movement. Each installment is 15-20 minutes in length, and guided by Alexander Technique teachers Alexandra Kassouf and Kateri Gormley.Copyright 2020 All rights reserved.
