René shares his experience navigating addiction, his road to recovery, spending time in jail, and experiencing so much loss and grief - and then completely turning his life around and finding his path and purpose in helping others. We discuss the root causes of addiction, the many ways we seek and create chaos in our lives and how that manifested for each of us - and our own unique stories around finding our way to a sober, conscious way of living as well as stepping into the mentor space. René is so inspiring and has such a beautiful way of sharing his story.
