In this episode I sit done with myself to discuss some of the merits of what I call Emotional Awareness. Often times referred to by others as Emotional Intelligence.

Jumbe and Phiri join us on this episode. They caught up with us as they transited through Dubai on their way back to America from Zambia. It's a great episode where we explore the meaning of truth, and their travels through Zambia and what it means to go "home". We also touch on the topics from last episode including black culture, expectations for men and women and of course we get their thoughts on the newly formulated Anti-BBM movement.

In this episode I touch on the importance of gratitude in one's life. How the truth doesn't care about your feelings. Some aspects of Black culture and what we can do to reestablish it and finally a topic I'm adamant about and will probably be a theme of mine throughout my podcasting journey which is The Anti-BBM movement.
