Using was a means to escape from a violent home growing up and unable to control his drinking Beau lost an opportunity to be drafted to a major league baseball team. Life soon lead to being in and out of prison, homeless, and as he describes being robbed of all moral values. Beau is soon coming up on 6 years clean. Being a better father, living with integrity, being comfortable in his own skin, and having made peace with his past you can find him up on a stage inspiring people that you can change your life and recovery is possible.

    Dani shares her truth about her addiction. Growing up in an abusive household she found alcohol to be a solution to to "fix" her feelings. Getting into trouble and putting herself in dangerous situations were a common occurrence. Describing that when her father passed things escalated very quickly where she could no longer imagine a life without drinking. Today, Dani has a new outlook on life. Feeling like she's 15, she no longer lives a life in fear. Discovering what truly makes her happy and the impact of how self love has changed her perspective on everything around her life has new meaning. As proud remodel to her children and in the sober community Dani is not afraid to "RECOVER OUT LOUD"

Getting hooked instantly after experimenting with a specific substance, life led to waking up handcuffed to a hospital bed on more than one occasion, disappearing for days on end, and being hospitalized after having a drug induced stroke Doug finally hit his bottom. To live a life you never had you have to do things you never done. Doug describes about how he overcomes fears in life. How gratitude lists and the benefits of putting pen to paper and why a sense of humor is important with growth.

In and out of jail around 20 times over the course of 4 years, blacking out and waking up 7 hrs from his residence and being homeless are just a few examples of where a life in addiction resulted. By the grace of God and a judge willing to take a chance, he was given an opportunity to go to rehab. Creating a NEW LIFE Josh explains how he got clean. Goals he's working towards and how he is now in the best/healthiest relationship he's ever been in. Life is good!

    Dag shares his truth about addiction. Finding ways to cope with feelings through self harm as a child he found a new "band aid" in heavy drinking. At the age of 27, he first Experimented with drugs where life quickly lead to a downward spiral. Having 5 drug dealers on speed dial life was a perpetual cycle of drinking working and using. Being introduced to recovery while in the hospital Dag has just celebrated 9 YEARS CLEAN. Creating a business that he's passionate about, giving back to his community in the addiction field, in the process of buying a house and getting his son back in his life are some of the gifts of this inspirational story.
