This is an edited version of my interview with David Marshall, Executive Chairman of Rentplus.Rentplus is a purpose led business solving for the biggest obstacle to home ownership - saving for the deposit. The company's unique "affordable rent to buy" programme includes the gifting of a 10% deposit when the home is purchased. Sadly, the housing shortage is so extreme, that Rentplus will only be able to to scratch the surface of the problem.
