Father's Day is here, and we’re taking a trip down memory lane to celebrate the dads who helped shape us into who we are today. So we brought in someone who actually knows how this stuff works.

Lane Ruhland, an attorney and government relations specialist, joins us to break down policy, advocacy, and why farmers absolutely need a seat at the table. Lane advises nonprofits and political committees on legislative matters, navigating complex regulations, grassroots advocacy, and compliance with campaign finance law.

In this episode, she helps navigate how getting involved doesn’t have to be scary. We also get into the reality of rising farm expenses, why sharing your story matters more than ever, and how even just showing up can make a difference.
